Green Onions – Could Buy Once But Re-grow Forever!!! ✍(◔◡◔)

Green onions are the easiest food scrap to regrow. Just take the leftover green onion roots, drop them in a glass with enough water to cover them, and move the onions around so the roots are pointing down. Make sure you change the water out once every couple of days so they don’t get greasy. Within about a week you’ll have a brand new set of green onions. If you tend to top your food with green onions a lot, this is a pretty simple way to ensure you always have some around.

Within a week I did first harvest. You can see them from the picture given below. 🙂 They looked like not even 2 days as they literally regrew themselves.  You can see even how much the roots have extended as well…

we’ll be able to continue to chop off the parts of onion we want to use and they will just continue to regrow and regrow. You can also plant them in soil and achieve the even more effect with double in size.

    1. I am very happy that you tried it. Still am using the same roots dear. I will give you little tips regarding this.
      1. You have to change the water for every two days so that it will stay fresh and will get the same result.(Fresh long greenly leaves).
      2. Wash the bottle weekly once with salt. Salt, remove the bacteria are gunk/ any fungus.
      3. Cut the leaves if it changed its color to dark green or if they look little dry. So that it will boost to get more leaves from the roots.
Let me know if you need any suggestions/ have any doubts regarding the same.
Thank you very very much for letting me know about your this. Have a nice blogging. 🙂
