I love growing garlic, but I have never thought to start it in water. Will you put it in pots, or do you have a garden?

In my winter, i love to grow garlic in water. Makes my kitchen greenery and gives herbal essences(Similar like green onions). I love to add them in all my recipes. In summer I transfer them into pots. But never grows garlic bulbs before. Only for leaves i grow them. I have very less span of summer here. So i do try everything in water. If it works 😊👍 i will b the happiest person 😊😇😀.
